Scheduling an In-Network Insurance Appointment

If you’ve seen Jessica before: Please only schedule a follow-up session if you have worked with her in the last 6 months. If it has been 6 months or longer, or there has been a big change (ex-Birth), please schedule an Initial Appointment.

• Blue Cross Blue Shield (this includes BCBS plans from all 50 states. You may see names on your insurance card issued from other states like: Anthem, Horizon, Wellmark, Regence, etc. If you see the Blue Cross Blue Shield logo on your insurance card, we are in-network.)
