About Jessica
Hi! I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy but prefer to be called Jessica.
I have been a PT for over 15 years and I STILL love the complexity and challenge of understanding human bodies, especially the pelvis.
Over the years I’ve learned a few things about healthcare and the most important one is the disconnect between the support women need and what they actually get. Helping to fill that gap is what gets me up in the A.M. (and I’m really not a morning person!).
When I am not talking or thinking about Pelvic Health, I enjoy being in nature, listening to podcasts, having time with the fam and a good, hot cup of coffee.
Education: Doctorate of Physical Therapy, Emory University; Integrative Women’s Health Coach, IWHI
About Nate
Nate’s primary role at Mindful Motion is that of office manager extraordinaire. That really means Mindful Motion clients have a kind and knowledgeable professional to rely on for questions on insurance coverage, Flexible Spending Accounts, Health Savings Accounts, and any other concerns that come up in the sometimes confusing world of healthcare. He is also an athletic trainer, which keeps him busy in and out of clinic!
When Nate is not in a deep dive of boring spreadsheets or back-end systems, he enjoys running, hiking, home projects and a good microbrew.
Education: Master of Business Administration, Oregon State University; Bachelor of Science, Kinesiology, Indiana University
