Self-Pay Information

Out-of-Network Clients:

  • We don't bill out-of-network insurances, you’ll be a self-pay client.

  • We can provide a superbill if you'd like to submit your own out-of-network claim.

  • We ask for payment up front, but don’t worry, if you give us 24+ hours cancellation notice, we’ll promptly issue you a full refund.

Tip: Use your HSA or FSA, physical therapy is an eligible expense!
